We offer opportunities to engage with us to develop a meditation practice that is both unique to yourself personally and to families. We aim to offer simple guided meditations which can be downloaded via the website, so that parents and children can practice in the comfort of their home.

These meditation practices will focuses on calming the body through the breath, becoming aware of the senses, practising gratitude and love and kindness and tapping into the subtle sensations of the body.

What is good about this meditation is that you can do it as often as you like when it is suitable for your family to practice. Maybe this is in the car, before bedtime or in the mornings to get you all ready for the day ahead!
