The Workshops for Teachers, guides you through the program with our assistance and support.

Once you are shown ways to access tools and strategies, how to use them with children, how to use questioning as a skill to elicit further discussion, and how to work with children with understanding and compassion, then you will be able to build children’s capacity to use these tools for life. 

Our experience shows that each time a child implements and uses one of these strategies, they get better and better at using it.

Just like a muscle, we train children’s minds and bodies to notice their emotions and learn more and more about themselves, their triggers and how to self-regulate their emotions to maintain physical, emotional, social and mental wellbeing.
