What children will learn:

* specific yoga poses that help them move through big emotions
* regulation tools like breathing and mindfulness to help them feel calm and energised
* ways to participate in yoga games and stories
* how to create a god’s eye art piece so they can learn to acknowledge and let go of big feelings

Children will be able to take home a workbook full of useful regulation tools and strategies to continue to practice at home.
